In this meeting the client meet's Chateau of Zen, Learns about what we do and how we do it. In Exchange we learn about the client and the project. We discuss preliminaries and address pre requisites. Identify Project Specifics such as location. Discuss Funding or whether we need to provide resources to assist in funding. We Conclude this meeting with a list of all that will be needed and we Issue the client a Quote for the Portion Chateau of Zen Supplies for the Project. In this meeting we identify subcontractors and other members of the Project team which needs to bring the Project to Fruition. A Very basic meeting to identify key components and needs in the Project. From here the client may be able to develop their shopping list + Move forward with a team of their own, or a meeting can be scheduled with Chateau of Zen to Enlist Chateau of Zen as the Overseer of the Project and all fee's associated with doing so as well as concessions towards the project for utilizing Chateau of Zen will be discussed. Team Meetings are Paid bookings and all parties are expected to attend.
